my friend jeff and i attended the millrose games at madison square garden last night. and while i had only my 50mm lens with me (an unprepared photographer -- i can hear the job offers rolling in ... oh wait, i need readers first), i couldn't pass up photos, no matter how bad they might be. guess with the fixed lens i was forced to be creative.
if you don't know the man with the number 4, then you ... i don't know where i was going with that. he's bernard lagat, who won the wanamaker mile last night in 3mins. 58.44secs.
i've been working on this idea, and similar ones, for a while. it's been a long process because none of my cameras can do this type of work. (i took this image with the overly borrowed canon s5.) however i'm looking to buy the canon g10, which will be able to do this. plus the g10 will be a nice backup camera.
greetings! you made it! as you can see, I'm a photographer. i'm using this blog (with twitter and instagram) to sort of provide a visual journal into my life, and the world in general. Family, friends, nomads, are all welcome to stop by and see what's going on! i do hope i don't bore you all. i'm also setting up an etsy account to sell my photos, so check back often!
