lg voyager, quick kits, and the vegan kit

The biggest no-no to photographers is getting a lame phone, with an even lamer camera. Naturally I had one, and was shunned by the photography world. In order to regain good standing, I returned my phone (with a 1.3 mp camera!!), and got a new one -- the lg voyager (2.0mp camera, and a bigger screen)!! And what better way to introduce it than by introducing JIC's new line, Quick Kits (above), and the Vegan Gift Kit, a custom kit JIC made!!

grandma and grandpa's 75th birthday and 53rd anniversary

grandma and grandpa, the focal couple here (above), and
jeff and jen, the soon-to-be couple

Yesterday, my mom’s family threw their parents a party celebrating their 75th birthday (yes, they are the same age) and their 53rd wedding anniversary. Of course I was their photographer. (When I asked for my payment, I was kindly informed that I get to eat whatever I want ... from the meat-heavy menu.) Below are only a few pictures (out of my 126 that I took) while I get the scrapbook together for them.

The party was at this beautiful place in Milford (see how professional I am remembering the place's name!)

Keep checking back for more pictures from that event.

the food was amazing... ok, I only ate some pasta and bread. But the food looked amazing.

Initial pic for the time being while I type an ultra witty description of yesterday!!

the photographer

At Jeff and Jen's engagement party, just this past weekend, i was the unpaid photographer, putting together a scrapebook for them. Most of the pictures were of family, but this one pic here is of -- you guessed it! -- the unpaid photographer! Here's a rare look into the man behind this site ... for the one person who reads this site. (Hi mom!)

This photo was taken by an excellent photographer -- no, it isn't a self portrait -- my aunt, who turned me onto photography when I was young.
